We were able to test drive a three of different models without bother. Dave showed us the calculations using different lease periods with the three models. Once we decided on the model and color the lease process was a snap. Tim in Finance knows his "stuff." He had everything ready to do and was very efficient. This time our salesperson, (as our usual "go-to" salesperson, Bill, had been promoted since our last visit) was Kasia and she was very friendly, helpful and attentive. This was our first time leasing and had many questions. She was able to answer them like a pro and wasn't afraid to ask her sales manager (our old friend, Bill) if there was something she wasn't sure about to make sure we had the correct answers. Chris Hatch in finance took very good care of us to explain the different features and plans and was able to keep our payment in our budget. So far, we are loving our new RAV 4. Thanks again! More
