Keeping in mi In 2007 we went to White River Toyota to buy our first Rav 4. Over the years, we have dealt with the service dept. and they are awesome! Keeping in mind that if you buy your vehicle there and have service done you get the 10% off the total cost of the service. So we chose to go looking for a used Rav 4 that met our needs. Not long after pulling in to the lot, Alexis approached us and introduced herself. She gave us a key to the lock boxes to check out vehicles because it was a special that was going on that day. There was a good selection of used Ravs that day. Once we found the one we liked we went for a test drive, Before and during the drive Alexis explained all the features that it had. After returning we went over the process to trade in our old Rav and get the paperwork started on the new one. Signed the papers on that Saturday and picked up our new car on Wednesday. What a great car!! We love it!!! More
