I've never had such great experience with a dealership overall! Great management, the greatest service department, and the most helpful salespeople! The dealership is ALWAYS clean and professional appearing. The customer service is top notch in all areas, and they treat you with respect and dignity. With my most recent purchase, I stopped in just to drool over the new 4Runner Pro model - and came home with it! Marty Adams is without doubt, the BEST salesperson I've dealt with in my adult life going to dealerships. He was professional, but not so professional that you felt uncomfortable to be yourself. He ensured that me and my questions and needs came first and that there was not an ounce of concern or bad feeling on my part. He worked with me to make sure I was getting what I wanted and nothing less. He was a great advocate for me in regards to my trade-in, further options, and simply making sure I (and my husband) was comfortable during our time at the dealership. Marty is top notch and I will be recommending him to anyone I can! As long as I'm driving Toyota, WRToyota is my dealership! And preferably, Marty sticks around! More
Awesome Sales Person and Management I purchased the new 2018 Toyota Camry XSE V6 from this dealership. I originally came in to get service on my 2016 Scion TC, but I was heard by managem I purchased the new 2018 Toyota Camry XSE V6 from this dealership. I originally came in to get service on my 2016 Scion TC, but I was heard by management stating I may want to trade y car in. Marty, my sales person, came over to talk to me and I told him that I was interested in the XSE V6 and they had one on the lot. I usually go to a specific dealership because I have had bad experiences at others. I gave White River Toyota the benefit of the doubt and am extremely happy with the turn out. The vehicle I wanted was not at their dealership, so Marty located the exact one for me and said they could have it to me that same day. I left that morning in the Camry I test drove and decided that I wanted the one they found. This process was so smooth and happened within one day!! Normally we need to wait around and come back multiple different days to figure out things. I got a great deal on a beautiful vehicle with all the features I wanted. The whole experience was awesome! Marty was great and listened to everything I said to him and was not pushy at all! The Sales Manager was great and listened as well and made the effort to accommodate me with the purchase. The Finance Manager was very helpful too! He helped me make a good choice regarding my purchase, even though I am thick headed and think I know what is best. I would definitely go back there and would recommend Marty and his Management team to anyone looking for a great buying experience!! Thank you again for the awesome deal and amazing car!!!! Exemplary Service Over the years I have worked with many excellent service advisors at WRT, but none impressed me as much as Kimberli Harrington did today. A snafu occu Over the years I have worked with many excellent service advisors at WRT, but none impressed me as much as Kimberli Harrington did today. A snafu occurred (this almost never happens at WRT), and I did not see how it could have a happy ending. Somehow Kimberli managed to overcome another department’s mistake, arrange for a loaner vehicle, keep me calm, and fix the problem without the slightest loss of professionalism or sense of humor. She kept me updated on what was going on throughout the day and even stayed late to make sure my vehicle was in pristine shape and I was completely satisfied. Between her smile and incredible ability, she set a standard that is superb even by Toyota’s high bar. I know how lucky I was to have her taking care of things for me today, and I only hope WRT appreciates just how good she is at her job. Congratulations to WRT for finding such talent, and to Kimberli, my grateful thanks. More
