Between the customer service, dealing with the finance people and the prep support from the Service folks, I couldn't have been happier. I live in western Mass (where there are multiple Toyota dealers within a short drive) and was searching for a newer Toyota Tacoma, which I located at WRT (a 2 hr drive away). Their asking price was more than reasonable but I still tried to negotiate a bit. Marty was really easy to work with, dealt with my questions and requests on a timely basis, and was friendly, professional, open and honest. He and the rest of the WRT staff made what could have been a difficult situation (i.e., buying a car from out of state) relatively easy and facilitated the handling and exchange of the supporting paperwork, which limited the number of times I had to travel back to the dealership. WRT and Marty will be on the top of my list the next time I go to buy a car. More
