Great Service My Sienna was due for a considerable amount of work: oil change, winter tire change over and part replacement. Even during a very busy time, the check-in process was efficient and I was out the door on my way to work in less than five minutes. It was the same when I picked-up my vehicle. The Service Team does a great job ensuring the interior of my vehicle is clean, just as I left it (no greasy hand prints, dirt, etc.). Mike Savery called me when the repairs were complete with an overview of the service performed that day. I greatly appreciated his overview and when I inquired about new brakes (which a small garage in NH told me I would need soon during my vehicle inspection), Mike gave me a thorough explanation of the condition of my brakes and when I could expect to replace them. As always, WRJ Toyota exceeded my expectations. More
