Had maintenance complete my work and had a question that another service person volunteered to ask the mechanic about while my service person was on a customer call in - a great team playing effort. Had a question on the windshield glass for our new 2017 Sienna and John Elliot quickly got on to solving the solution with a simple test for me to do. It worked a little bit but John wants me to call back as soon as we return from the TDay holiday trip. It appears to be a very simple fix. - Very professional! I was going to bring Dan into the issue but he was with a customer and I respect his attention he needs to work with his customer. He is our sales person and has been wonderful since our former sales person passed away (Alfie Lejune). More
