Always a pleasent experience but lost all vehicle presets. When servicing battery could you PLEASE find a way to connect a Power Pack to battery cables so all presets are not lost. Appreciative Overall great experience. They had just the car I wanted and the Sales Manager called me back (way past normal hours) on a Friday night to find out Overall great experience.
