The only suggestion I have is making sure the first point of contact (service receptiionist) when picking up my car is aware of customers waiting. In Search of Excellence!! I love White River Toyota. Last time I went there, they filled my windshield wiper fluid without me even asking. I just did my 15,000 check up and was I love White River Toyota. Last time I went there, they filled my windshield wiper fluid without me even asking. I just did my 15,000 check up and was going to take it to the car wash after to get rid of the layers of pollen, and to my surprise, they had washed the car.
