The car I purchased needed a little bit of work before I could drive it off the lot, so they gave me a rental at ther expenses. They are definitely the best car dealership around, and Christopher Hatch is truly amazing. More

All around great experience I wasn't sure I was ready to purchase a new vehicle quite yet but with the Toyota incentives it was hard to pass up. This was my first buying experie I wasn't sure I was ready to purchase a new vehicle quite yet but with the Toyota incentives it was hard to pass up. This was my first buying experience from White River Toyota and I can tell you it will not be my last! My entire experience was positive. The staff there seem to really care not only about their customers but also about each other. I don't think I have ever felt as comfortable when buying a new vehicle as I did at White River Toyota. A new van and more! I really don't like buying a car, so it was with some hesitation that I filled out the WRJ Toyota website form and contacted them about a Sienna they' I really don't like buying a car, so it was with some hesitation that I filled out the WRJ Toyota website form and contacted them about a Sienna they'd just listed. Came in to get a test ride and Chris was not only pleasant to deal with, but knowledgeable and helpful the whole time. After that we even managed to settle on a price over email, which saved me a ton of time and hassle. Pickup day was hectic, but everyone was there to help us make things smooth. Thanks to the whole crew, we really enjoy the van and look forward to years and years of great service too! More
