I sheduled a test drive expecting to do business elsewhere. Sheldon treated me with respect and rather than pushing he ASKED me what I thought and how I felt. He regularly had to keep the conversation going buy asking me what I would like to do next. I felt no pressure and the information provided was exactly what i was looking for to figure out the correct car to meet my needs and budget appropriately. I decided I would give WRT a shot and provided what I was looking for for a deal and got it with NO hassle or pressure at any point. Lincoln was wonderful to work with-- always kind and patient. He was attentive to communication without being pushy.
