Lincoln was very helpful, reliable, and friendly throughout the whole process. Even though it took half a year for the vehicle that I wanted to arrive at the lot, Lincoln would check in consistently throughout the whole process. We have been faithful WRT customers for over 30 years dating back to when it was “Tri-Nordic.” Having just purchased another vehicle from them, we wanted to thank and commend their excellent, personal, f dating back to when it was “Tri-Nordic.” Having just purchased another vehicle from them, we wanted to thank and commend their excellent, personal, friendly staff. In particular Josh Harrington who patiently guided us through the new system of ordering just the right car. His calm smile was sincere and never wavered, he called and emailed as we waited for the car to be built, and he put up with my incessant, and probably annoying, questions when it arrived. He is a true asset to WRT and we know how lucky we were to work with him. We must also give a shout-out to Chris Hatch, who quickly and painlessly got us through the final paperwork. One may need a cup of coffee to keep up with him, but he could not be more pleasant. All in all, we thoroughly believe in WRT and are grateful they are within driving distance! More
