Everyone was friendly and helpful. I liked the way I was given feedback on when my car would arrive courteous and willing to listen to what I wanted in a car. Dave made the sale super easy! We emailed for about a month and he answered my (many) questions. On the day I arrived to buy the car, everything went smoothly even though I forgot We emailed for about a month and he answered my (many) questions. On the day I arrived to buy the car, everything went smoothly even though I forgot three things: spare keys for trade-in, insurance card, and gmail password to set up my Toyota app. He helped me work around all hurdles and I drove away in under three hours. Great customer service! More

Hannah Kilburn is wonderful! She's the reason I now have a car! I spent nearly two months looking for an affordable used car on websites and at dealerships. I found one I loved and waited for a title that never appeared; I waited for a friend's older Corolla to get checked out only to find mice had chewed wires. I called White River Toyota on a Friday and Hannah facilitated a miracle: she answered all my phone calls, came along for two tests drives and on the following Monday I bought my Prius. I have known Dave for many, many years and went to WRJ Toyota specifically to see him. He has helped my parents with vehicles and we knew he was the person to point us in the right direction. Dave is an a Toyota specifically to see him. He has helped my parents with vehicles and we knew he was the person to point us in the right direction. Dave is an amazing person and truly doesn't care about "making the sale", he cares about making sure you get what you really want and need! He found us exactly what we were looking for. We came in thinking we'd have to buy a brand new car and Dave found us the perfect 2 year old car with less than 20000 miles and right within our budget. We will definitely be going back to him when our second car goes and we need another vehicle. I would recommend him to absolutely anyone looking for a new or used car to buy or lease! More
