I'm grateful to have had Hannah as my agent for buying a new RAV 4 Hybrid. It took many months to actually get the car -- due to supply chain issues -- but she kept me updated all the way through. She made new RAV 4 Hybrid. It took many months to actually get the car -- due to supply chain issues -- but she kept me updated all the way through. She made the actual purchase easy and pleasant with her positive friendliness and clear understanding of the car. She was patient and helpful in teaching me about the car's computer displays. On the financial end, I found Chris Hatch to also be a no-pressure guy who was easy to work with, which I really appreciate. I've bought or leased cars several times at WR Toyota and found it to be the easiest and fairest dealership I've ever dealt with. More
