DAVE POGINY About 19 years ago we leased our first car - a 2003 Sienna. Toyota's success and our success was sealed by a quality product and a great sales person named Alfie. Of course, we were nervous and a 2003 Sienna. Toyota's success and our success was sealed by a quality product and a great sales person named Alfie. Of course, we were nervous and on the look out for eager salesperson talk. But not Alfie. He made our experience so easy. He talked about his son and family and ice hockey – he was a coach at that point. He was laid back and told us what we needed. We clicked with Alfie because he was “all about people”. Fast forward 8 leases later and we were assigned Dave Poginy. When we drove home with our new Highlander, we both realized that Dave was a lot like Alfie. He moved paper work and got us to sign the requisite papers. If it were not for slow systems at Toyota, we could have been done even faster. And while waiting he talked about his personal effort trying to find the right house to buy. If you are reading this you know how difficult it is find houses even “fix-it-uppers”. Again, Alfie was talking to us through Dave. Dave Poginy is “all about people”. We are lucky to have met Dave and hope he will help us again in future leases. More
