Appointment for 8am on 8/18, called at 2pm hadn't worked on it. Told I would get a call back before EOD with status, no call. I had to call on 8/18 at 2pm and told it won't be completed today. I had to call 8/19 at 2pm and told it would be done in 45 minutes and I would call to pickup within 45 minutes. No call, went to dealership in person at 4:30pm and truck was ready. Disappointing my vehicle was not looked at on the appointment day. Terrible customer service that I was never called back one time. More
