Very Frustrated, came in for scheduled oil change and tire rotation, reception was great, communication was great, but after 45 min communicated that we should have a tire rebalance with the rotation, th tire rotation, reception was great, communication was great, but after 45 min communicated that we should have a tire rebalance with the rotation, then came back 1/2 hour later ans was told the balancing maching broke, that tires would need to be transported to the service facility across the lot. apreciate the hard work getting it all cone but sure seems like it took along time to get a oil change and tire rotation completed in over 2 hours!
