Ben was so friendly and easy to ask questions of. We never felt pressured or any of those other feeling one sometimes feels when they buy. I called him to see what Allan Nott had on the lot on Wednesday. When I realized they didn't have the car we were looking for (color, etc.), I hesitated. Ben asked what we were looking for as far as colors, interior, seating, etc. When we arrived on Friday, he had exactly what we were looking for sitting there ready to go. He took his time to explain features to us (which certainly didn't happen at the other dealership we stopped at to see the same vehicle).
