My experience with White’s Toyota was in a word “enjoyable”. No pressure sale and went above and beyond to prepare the car for me. New tires, brakes, even removed the door dings! Being an out-of-town customer/buyer, Troy sped us through the purchase process in under 3.5 hours, and that included returning a one-way rental car to the rental car lot and us just checking some things out the purchase process in under 3.5 hours, and that included returning a one-way rental car to the rental car lot and us just checking some things out on the truck before the drive back home (250 miles, one way), so it was really only about 2.5 hours from start to finish, from our initial viewing of the truck, in person, for the very first time, to putting the temporary license plate on, and bidding us a safe trip back home to Michigan. We have never had a vehicle purchase go this fast. Usually, it takes 3 hours just to hand over a pre-determined payment, get the keys in our hand, and put a temporary tag on, but this visit to White's Toyota and Honda of Lima also included the initial viewing of the vehicle, an extensive test drive of about 12 miles or more, and negotiation of a purchase price. We would definitely be a repeat customer if they have another used vehicle that meets our standards. Thanks again to everyone we worked with at White's Toyota and Honda of Lima.
