Buying a certified vehicle I'd like to thank Josh for his attentiveness and service. He did all that he could to remedy a problem that I had with the car I bought. He saw to it that I received a loaner while my bumper cover was being replaced. He spent a considerable amount of his valuable time trying to orient me to the digital component's in the nav. system, keyless entry etc. etc. I do not embrace technology willingly. I'll miss him when he goes to the other side of the house! I recently had service done on my 2003 Avalon that has over 210,000 miles on it , as there were several items that needed addressed. After the work was completed in a timely fashion I came to pick up the car,which I did. As I looked over the bill it seemed that it was considerably higher than anticipated, but I payed it and drove on my way. However, when I got home I reviewed some estimates that I had received a few days earlier and noticed that one item seemed to be way out of line. Therefore , I returned to the service department and talked with Dan Ginter and he meticulously checked each item carefully and discovered that I had been overcharged, inadvertently I might add, for that one item. The overcharge was quickly resolved. I very much appreciated the professional and courteous way Dan took care of my problem. Thanks, Brett and Dan for giving excellent service. Outstanding employee! Had a difficult to diagnosis problem with vehicle 4 months ago and the service advisor I had (Jeff Sousa) was unbelievably patient, understanding and Had a difficult to diagnosis problem with vehicle 4 months ago and the service advisor I had (Jeff Sousa) was unbelievably patient, understanding and in the "customer's corner". He took a genuine interest and time with my problem as I noted he did with all customers with which he worked. On another visit for routine maintenance, I worked with a different service advisor (no complaints about him), but again noted how on task and attentive Jeff was. Today, my visit was to have an ordered piece installed. Jeff gave me his attention as soon as I entered. I received the same courtesy as before and continue to feel he goes above and beyond what is necessary to do his job. He is a fine representative of what all employees that work with the public should be - friendly, attentive, resourceful, respectful (of customers and of fellow employees) and an extremely hard worker. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!! I DROVE 60 MILES BECAUSE THEY WERE $300 LESS EXPENSIVE THAN ANY DEALER IN MY AREA. REGINA, THE SERVICE CONTACT PERSON, WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL.
