After years of exclusively purchasing and servicing our Honda vehicles from Allan Nott Honda and Toyota, we were offered less for our trade in, and were given the most expensive straight out purchase price Honda vehicles from Allan Nott Honda and Toyota, we were offered less for our trade in, and were given the most expensive straight out purchase price of three dealerships in our area. I felt as though they thought we were a "hooked" customer, and thus, did not need to offer the same deal as someone new to their establishment. did not witness a lot of customer/dealership loyalty at that point. Sending emails that I cannot respond to does not enhance the situation. Thank you More

I have owned many Toyota's over the years and this is the first service department (previous cars at different dealerships) that I feel is truly interested in "serving" not "gouging" the customer. There is no high pressured sales pitch for repair work and in several instances I have been told I didn't need a particular serve due to having high efficiency fluids. They could have easily said nothing and I would never have known the difference! They are building a relationship with me based on trust and that's refreshing!!! More

I had a really good experience buying a car at Allan Nott. Every staff member I came into contact with, even walking by, was very friendly. Jon helped make the whole experience as quick and painless a Nott. Every staff member I came into contact with, even walking by, was very friendly. Jon helped make the whole experience as quick and painless as possible. He made me feel like he was there to help me as opposed to just doing his job and selling cars. When I went back to do the paperwork I for some reason assumed I'd have to wait until the next day (at least) to get my car as I had when I bought a car somewhere else. To my surprise, I got to take the car home that day. Everything about the car was super clean, even in the engine compartment as it looked like it had never been driven. I would wholeheartedly recommend the dealership in general, and Jon, in particular, to any of my friends or family. More
Each time I bring my car for oil changes and tire rotations is a pleasant experience. All the staff is very knowledgable and friendly. Excellent customer service. Service was delayed due to parts, but a rental vehicle was provided. Quality and experience are always excellent.
