Service for my 2014 Tundra Had a new mirror put in and some new keys cut for my Tundra. I was greeted and walked in to the service counter and offered a drink. Outstanding employee! Had a difficult to diagnosis problem with vehicle 4 months ago and the service advisor I had (Jeff Sousa) was unbelievably patient, understanding and Had a difficult to diagnosis problem with vehicle 4 months ago and the service advisor I had (Jeff Sousa) was unbelievably patient, understanding and in the "customer's corner". He took a genuine interest and time with my problem as I noted he did with all customers with which he worked. On another visit for routine maintenance, I worked with a different service advisor (no complaints about him), but again noted how on task and attentive Jeff was. Today, my visit was to have an ordered piece installed. Jeff gave me his attention as soon as I entered. I received the same courtesy as before and continue to feel he goes above and beyond what is necessary to do his job. He is a fine representative of what all employees that work with the public should be - friendly, attentive, resourceful, respectful (of customers and of fellow employees) and an extremely hard worker. It's great being kept up to date on how long my vehicle is taking and asking if I want water, coffee etc. Doesn't feel like I am sitting @ a dealership waiting for my vehicle! Great Job! More

GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!! I DROVE 60 MILES BECAUSE THEY WERE $300 LESS EXPENSIVE THAN ANY DEALER IN MY AREA. REGINA, THE SERVICE CONTACT PERSON, WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL. Jeff Sousa a Great Toyota Representative I brought my 2010 Camry in for service. The Service Advisor, Jeff Sousa, was the representative that I worked with. Jeff was most helpful and kind in I brought my 2010 Camry in for service. The Service Advisor, Jeff Sousa, was the representative that I worked with. Jeff was most helpful and kind in every aspect during the service. He looks you right in the eyes when he talks to you; and you know you have his full attention. He took the time to explain what the service tech would be checking for, and later when a problem was found, Jeff reviewed in detail what would need to be done to fix the problem. I had never been to Allan Nott for service before, but because of Jeff Sousa making my experience a good one, I will return to Allan Nott again for any service I may need in the future. More
