With all the free oil changes for life, state inspections for life, extended warranty, free loaners, I will not have to worry about my wife's vehicle breaking down and me having to go tow it home , find out what is wrong with it, and fixing it. I would recommend Whitten Brothers Mazda to everyone I know who is looking to purchase a new vehicle. More

I was greeted warmly, and once the paperwork was signed, I was escorted to the lounge. Ms. Rhodes told me to expect a minimum wait of 2 hours. Adam stopped by to tell me he had nearly finished servicing my car, and that everything looked good. In about 15 minutes, Ms. Rhodes escorted me to the cashier and showed me each service that was performed. Total time, slightly over 2 hours. I am very pleased. More

Terrible service - Spent almost $5,000k in service and preventive maintenance on 2008 Mazda CX-9 over the last four years. Brought car in for slight shuddering, Whitten changed front cylinders, then back preventive maintenance on 2008 Mazda CX-9 over the last four years. Brought car in for slight shuddering, Whitten changed front cylinders, then back cylinder, then did not know what to do and now diagnosed that a torque converter/transmission replacement for $4000 is necessary. Steve Young is unprofessional and unresponsive. Still waiting for one of the owners to call me back. More
