Whitten Brothers Mazda responded

A couple of facts to note: 1. This car has 130,000 miles on the odometer & is out of any type of warranty but we have offered to help. 2. Steve Young, our service manager, has met with this individual multiple times. We have offered to credit the cost of the cylinders (which were bad & needed to be replaced) toward the cost of replacing the torque converter/transmission which are bad. This offer has been denied even though both repairs are necessary. 3. Mr. Whitten has spoken to this individual on multiple occasions. 4. We have gone above & beyond what is required of us to try & help this individual. We have offered to discount work, credit past repairs that were necessary, & called everything into the factory multiple times asking for assistance. At the end of the day, this vehicle is considerably outside of any warranty & we cannot assume full responsibility to maintain it
