New Sales Update
We are all in this together & no one is currently having an easy go at it. We have made the decision, for now, to stay open with adjusted protocols & processes. Our team has been given the option to stay home if they choose to do so & we have heightened every level of sanitization within our business. The last thing anyone wants to do is worsen this scenario & we will reassess routinely. This will allow us to minimize interpersonal contact, traffic through our business, & ultimately exposure while still providing you with the opportunity to purchase a vehicle & our team the opportunity to work. I immediately felt comfortable at the dealership after contacting being contacted on the salesfloor by sales associate John Axselle. He answered my questions, listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle, and by luck, had the exact vehicle I was looking for on the lot. John was knowledgeable, friendly and made me feel he was going to get things done efficiently and quickly. I have bought a lot of cars and suvs in my 65 years and this was an experience which made me respect John and the dealership for their professionalism and can do attitude. Closing the deal was a breeze with Charlie Brown who explained and offerred me options with the purchase of my vehicle. I felt very pleased and have remained so with my vehicle and the employees of Whitten who continue to follow up with inquiries on my satisfaction. was referred to Whitten from someone who has been in the auto business for over 30 years and recommended the Whitten dealership in Ashland since I was looking for a new Jeep.
