This is the first time I have witnessed a dealership being extremely nice. No other BMW dealership in the NY, NJ and PA area can compare to wide world BMW. YOUR WRONG. First of all Fabio and john worked on getting me the best trade-in value for my car when most besides 2 dealers; give me highest trade-in value. The whole process was hassle free and fabio was extremely nice. For our test drive he gave me the keys and let me go test it ALONE, which other dealerships wouldn't even let you do. He was extremely patient and nice and did not try to low-ball me for my trade-in like many would. He stood by his quote that he gave me on the phone. I advise all that look to buy a CPO or used BMW, go to John or Fabio at Wide world BMW they will treat you like none other. For the ones posting negative comments on sales, I must say they probably tried to low-ball the sales person and did not get what they want so they decided to rant. The salesmen try their best to work with you and give you as much information as they can. To WW BMW viewing this, I will update it further once the purchase is made soon enough. But keep on doing what your doing and I am sure to come back for another car. Thank you John and Fabio.... Edit 4/22: Second day experience was amazing. John and Fabio worked on getting me signed and out the door, It did take a little longer than expected but it was pretty busy with all the customers so I didn't mind the wait as they both made it pretty fun. The processes was amazing and hassle free with no pressure and none of those last minute fee's like other dealers charge.. They worked and got me the best deal and finance rate. Great experience and will go back soon. I am already loving the car bought. If you go to Wide world BMW, ask for John or fabio. You cant go wrong. More

I am from CT and went to Wide World BMW with a friend to look at a car I saw on-line. I had no intention of buying a car that night, but by the end of the evening I went home a proud owner of another BMW! J look at a car I saw on-line. Peter and Ben did an exceptional job making me feel welcome. Although I was buying a car they didn't act as though they were trying to just sell me any car.
