I was in to possibly buy a new or used vehicle on 2 occasions from this dealership. First occasion was a used vehicle, salesman was Jerry Ortega and he was great to deal with and he is the reason the occasions from this dealership. Shawn Stittleburg was the manager in this situation during the negotiation process. He fit the car salesman stereotype and cliches were everywhere. He could do this for me, and do that...but in the end didn't do anything. I would have preferred a simple "no, I can't sell the car at the price you are asking...the best I can do is this." The 2nd occasion is the catalyst for this review. I had an agreement with this dealership and Jerry Ortega on a specific vehicle, for a specific price, and with a specific interest rate. All of this was in writing, and it was confirmed verbally over the phone. When I arrived at the dealership, I was told there was a miscommunication and they could not honor the agreement. I was kept at the dealership for an hour while they "worked on the numbers" to "see what they could do." In the end they didn't honor the agreement. The lack of respect shown by Eric Henderson has cost this dealership my business for a long, long time. I have never been treated like such an idiot, with no respect shown to me, my time, or my family. Total lack of integrity on the part of Eric H., and it was very disappointing to myself and my family to not go home with a new vehicle that day after having told my family I was leaving to buy this vehicle. It is really unfortunate because I was looking forward to finally having a Honda dealer on the east side of town. And as I mentioned earlier, the salesman in both cases (Jerry O.) was helpful, respectful, and a pleasure to deal with. More

I have been a loyal Honda customer. In the past 15 years, we have owned 2 Honda vans and an Accord. We had always worked with Zimbrick, but it is nice to see there is some competition in town now. When my 98 Accord broke down, we decided to try the new Wilde dealership. We were looking for a used car in good condition with low miles. Wilde had a good selection and the prices were lower. We were fortunate to meet Charlie. He was great. He went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and assist us in anyway he could. We were able to negotiate the price some with the managers, Peter and Shawn, and get a great price for a great car. Peter in finance, was very patient with me and dealing with multiple phone calls to my wife who could not be there in person at the time. They were able to get us a better interest rate than our credit union. Charlie stayed late that night to help complete the deal. The next day, he even came and picked me up from work to take me over to pick up the new car. This saved my wife from having to come into town from Mt Horeb on the far west side of Madison to give me a ride. That is great customer service. Thanks Charlie. I would definitely recommend Wilde Honda and I would highly recommend Charlie as a salesman. More

I just leased my very first vehicle (a 2013 Honda CRV) from Brent Alexander! I'm in LOVE with my new car! I went to Wilde East Towne Honda "just to look around" and to see what my options were. I walke from Brent Alexander! I'm in LOVE with my new car! I went to Wilde East Towne Honda "just to look around" and to see what my options were. I walked into the dealership and was greeted by Brent Alexander. Brent is friendly and I loved his laid-back approach. He was knowledgeable about leasing vs. buying and the different features of each Honda that I was interested in. The vehicle I ended up leasing (a white diamond pearl-colored CRV with a DVD player) was in another lot, buried in 12 inches of snow after the recent blizzard. Brent helped dig the car out so I could test-drive it. What service!! I highly recommend Brent Alexander and Wilde East Towne Honda for their commitment to their customers! Brent also called me afterwards, to make sure all of my questions were answered and that I was happy with my purchase. Also, Sherry Atzen worked with me on the financing. She was also very friendly and knowledgeable! Allen Kapugi went over all the features of my CRV including the bluetooth "hands-free" capability. VERY COOL! I will be leasing all my future vehicles with Wilde East Towne Honda! What a great team of people! More
