My experience purchasing a new Honda Fit was both good and not so good. I enjoyed working with the sales person Todd Neilson. We moved quickly to a good fair price the the Fit. The "not so good" side of my experience was when I was completing the sale and paperwork with other personnel. I had to wait quite a while before someone was available to draw up the paperwork. I understand that they were busy but there seemed to be personnel available to give me a hard sale on extended warranties, coverage and paint protection. I was happy to review what Honda had to offer and to consider it after some research from home. However, I began to feel like I wouldn't be able to leave until I agreed to purchasing the extras. The person talking with me began to treat me as if I were a fool not to jump on the great offers. I been very happy with my Fit and follow up by Todd. More

Landon Frenz asked us to stop by Wilde and see the new dealership and see what they had to offer. When we got to Wilde, Lynn quickly came out on the lot (it was 10 degrees outside!) and spent a lot of ti dealership and see what they had to offer. Mike was very willing to listen to our needs and thoughts purchasing a newer car. He listened asked questions to get clarification as to our feelings. Eric Henderson helped Mike in our discussions and he to was a pleasure to work with. He had quite demeanor and was very helpful and had a great deal more knowledge which helped Mike, as he was very new to the organization. When my son’s car broke down coming home from college for Christmas vacation I was concerned about how we were going to replace it with everything associated with the holidays going on. After experiencing indifference from sales people at a couple of other dealerships in the area I decided to try the new Wilde Honda in Madison. What a difference a dealership makes. We met sales consultant Mike Bergman just after entering the showroom. After taking a test drive and talking to Mike about the Honda Civic we were convinced that this car would be an excellent vehicle for my son to drive back to college. That afternoon we leased a new Honda Civic. The lease terms were very good and at a price my son could afford while attending college. Our sales consultant Mike handled the transaction smoothly and made sure that we understood everything about the car and the dealership. While waiting for the car to be prepared for us, Mike gave us a tour of the dealership and service department. Thanks for your help Mike! More
My salesman, Allen Kapugi, was very helpful and was not a high pressure salesman pushing for a sale, like other salesmen I have met. When I told him that I needed assistance getting my car to New York to my son, he got his manager, Eric Henderson, who was able to make arrangements to have the car transported so that my son would not have to make a trip to Madison to pick it up. Allen showed me all the features on my new Honda and took me for a test drive so that I felt comfortable and confident driving it home from the dealership. The only problem I experienced was with the paperwork. The year 2012 was listed instead of 2013, so I had to return to the dealership to make the correction. More
