Be careful with this guy. He tried selling me on replacing the entire motor, when really the car was totaled and not worth such a big and expensive repair. Around $10,000 dollars to do and van has too many miles, too many years and to much rust on it to do such a thing. But he stayed in sales mode instead of leveling with me and speaking the truth. When I told them I wasn't going to repair with them they were willing to give me a "deal" and cut the repair bill in half. My local shop had already quotes the repair less than their deal. Dealership is fine. When I brought my car in for service, Darius approached me and told me to stand by his desk. Which I did. Minutes later, another customer showed up as his desk. When Darius finally arrived at his desk, he told me to wait while he worked the person who came after me. While he was helping her, another customer brought his car in and Darius jumped up to go help him. So now Darius has 3 deep at his desk. After about 10 mins, I went to another desk to see if they could get my car checked in. Apparently, they work on commission and Darius was grabbing every customer that came in and made them wait when another service tech could have helped me and the others out. I’ll go back since I have a lease and it’s free service, but I will avoid him at all cost! More
