I've been into Wilde East Towne Honda twice now for service. Being 50, I still have fears of being treated poorly as a female at a dealership, but this has not been my case at Wilde. Darius, both times I've been in, has treated me with respect and took care of all my needs. He communicates well with me during my visit to let me know what is going on with my car, and if anything changed from what he originally told me. I would highly recommend selecting Darius as your contact when you bring your car in for service. I cannot state enough, how pleasant it is to work with him. ~Melissa More

Sold me a car with multiple issues and failed to fix it completely the most recent time I took it in. They had my car for over a week and did nothing. Communication is terrible. The assistant service manag completely the most recent time I took it in. They had my car for over a week and did nothing. Communication is terrible. The assistant service manager Val tried to make it right and couldn’t even follow through with her promise. I’ve tried to contact her multiple times with no response. Will recommend anyone and everyone stay away from Wilde. More

Arrived at the dealership for service, the service area was packed with vehicles. All the advisors were helping other customers while 5 of us waited by our cars for 10 plus minutes. As I was in the middle was packed with vehicles. All the advisors were helping other customers while 5 of us waited by our cars for 10 plus minutes. As I was in the middle row I could see Ryan in his office talking and laughing with another employee. As a manger he appears to be selfish and clearly does not lead by setting the example. Great job to the service advisors who were overwhelmed and working hard. A disgusting disgrace of a manger to sit there while we all waited. More

1st experience with service dept was Darius. He was kind, professional yet personable. He was very efficient & extremely nice. My Honda had a recall so I scheduled the service for about a month He was kind, professional yet personable. He was very efficient & extremely nice. My Honda had a recall so I scheduled the service for about a month out. Fast forward to my 2nd experience with this service dept and THEY SUCKED, I mean sucked so bad even Lassie from Porkys could’ve done a better job!! As I stated I made my appt almost a month in advance not to mention took a DAY off work (no work, no pay. I work on a farm, time is money). I had JUST got seated in the waiting area & the service person (Gavin? He’s new) told me that the part to fix my recall work wasn’t there. I would have REALLY appreciated a CALL the day before letting me know…. Hey the appt you made almost a month ago, we don’t have the part to fix it so can we reschedule? To top it off this is the closest Honda dealership to me (30 minute drive one way). So, in essence I lost a day of wages, 60 minutes of my life I will never get back (driving there & back), then 5 minutes to get checked in, 5 minutes in the waiting room, waiting for absolutely NOTHING. 70 minutes of my time wasted. To top it off I was told I’d get a call that afternoon letting me know when the part will be in. GUESS WHAT…. NO CALL. Sheesh if I wanted to be treated like trash I would’ve gone to Zimprick! More

Everyone at Wilde East Town Honda was amazing, especially Alex Abeyta and Darius Golden. Alex did not pressure me and answered all of my questions clearly and went over things multiple times. And I know if I have any further questions he will help me out. Darius made sure that everyone treated me well and ensured that I got the best deal possible. And I know that when my new HRV needs service Darius will make sure the job is done right. I have several friends who love their Hondas and I was lucky to find this dealer. And you can’t beat free lifetime oil changes!!! If I ever need another car I will see them first. More
