Would not buy a car from this place ever again. They gave me a "WE OWE" notice for the repairs. There was a part to be ordered, and we agreed repairs would be done in another shop, but then, without telling me, they tried to do repairs themselves, so now I'm concerned if they did any damages, that's how cheap and dirty the work was performed - wires are still dangling, held by the plastic wire tie, from the bottom of my car. Never got the part they 'ordered' either. They even lost the owners manual and registration papers when detailing the car - whatever that involved, because I found food leftovers and toys under the convers. At least my dealer had no clue about the car's features and simply made up a bunch of stuff about it, like he totally saw a connector for trailer hookup under the car, but had to admit there wasn't one when I couldn't find it and asked him to point it out. Absolutely careless with personal information. I got a car full with a phone book, travel history including owners home address and all the places he or she searched for. The previous owner should've taken care of this, but fair warning. Also, while filling my financial information, their 'main' system wasn't running, so they asked me to use the backup system where I could click on the text boxes and see people who have used it before, SSN #s, phones, places of employment and income. They left me with the computer for a while... probably so I can make a list and check it twice? More
I purchased a used 2019 Honda Van from Wilde Honda and I also purchased the Honda Care Warranty. I only had this van 2 years now. They screwed everything up on the Honda Care Warranty from my name and addre also purchased the Honda Care Warranty. I only had this van 2 years now. They screwed everything up on the Honda Care Warranty from my name and address and also the milage on my van. Also they never said to us that the warranty started when the van was new 2019. I only have 1 year left on this warranty. Not 7 years. I had repairs done at a different Honda Dealership only to find out that the warranty was not in my name. I am still trying to get this all fixed so that I can get reimbursed my money back. My van had only 14,400 miles on it Not 27,000 miles. I am having a hard time with this deal to fix up their mistakes. It's been over a month already and still haven't heard back from them. Every time that I call them I can never get ahold of anyone. When I do get some manager that keeps telling me that he is working on it. Funny thing is that I just called the Honda Warranty and they just fixed it right away. So easy and simple. Know I have to deal with Wilde to see if they will reimburse me my money back that I paid from in repairs already. By the way my van is still not fixed. There is something still wrong with my 2 back sliding doors not shutting and popping back open. It does this intermediate. So they keep saying that they can't figure out why this is happening. Very poor service. I will NOT be dealing with Wilde Honda again. Buyer Beware of these people. Very upset owner of a 2019 Honda van. My older Honda van 2011 never had these door issues. Gail More

I called Wilde Honda and talked to Brian Vang we set up an appointment. I came in the vehicle was better than expected and Brian was very helpful. Brian took me through the painess purchase process. Bought a used car from Wilde Honda. It included a 2 month warranty. Brought the car in and was old they could not look at it because it was not a Honda. Their availability put us 8 days out of the warranty. We confirmed with Wilde. They said warranty would be honored. When the other dealer was ready to work on the car, Wilde said they could not honor the warranty because it was expired. Wilde Honda caused the car to.be tied up for 3 weeks due to the back and forth getting them to approve the work. We will never buy from this dealer again. More
So I called to discuss some issues that I was having with my Honda. I was told by the receptionist that the service department doesn't take calls, they told me to leave my phone number and the service depart my Honda. Well I don't know if they're really busy but I waited 2 weeks and no one ever called me back. So I went on line and scheduled service, my main issue being the fuel pump recall that's been on the books for 4 months. I have a 1700 mile trip coming up next month and I wanted to get this repaired. I got an appointment set up to have this issue fixed. I got numerous texts and emails reminding me of my service appointment. Well somebody ought to look at my service request because when I got to the appointment, they told me that the part wasn't available. This isn't the greatest system in my opinion. I'm a little leary about the Honda brand at this point, I don't know why I should buy another one and I am not sure that Wilde Honda is the place to go. More

However, we were then informed that the dealer does not collect sales tax for Illinois, making it difficult to title and register the vehicle. The finance person was laughing about it and we now have a car with temporary tags that expire soon. Honda has not released the title, and is stating they will not release it. We have spent countless hours with no solution. Love the car but will soon not be able to drive it! Dealership is unable to help and Honda is reporting they have no paperwork from the dealer. We will soon have a car we are unable to drive. What was a very exciting time has turned into a nightmare. More
