We found the car we were looking for online and set up the test drive within hours. We were promptly greeted and setup for the test drive. The salesperson helped answer questions and the manager clearly c the test drive within hours. We were promptly greeted and setup for the test drive. The salesperson helped answer questions and the manager clearly communicated the options available to finalize purchasing the vehicle despite us not having the cash or check in hand that day. It all worked out and we are very happy with the vehicle. One issue we had was that the used vehicle we purchased did not have any floor mats. I reached out and didn’t get any follow up beyond the first reply that they would check the next day. I gave them a few days to respond. I have not followed up but felt after spending a lot of money on this vehicle a simple follow up whether or not they had the floor mats would have been nice. Overall a good experience. More
