If you would have asked us in July 2025 about how we felt we would have a very different opinion, probably 0 stars. We had brought our car in with a front end concern and your previous manager “Honda John” we would have a very different opinion, probably 0 stars. We had brought our car in with a front end concern and your previous manager “Honda John” (which I was very happy to hear he was terminated), was absolutely ridiculous to deal with. We had our service advisor (Taylor, who was stellar to work with) hear the noise we were complaining about, but Honda John made us come back three separate times to drive our car and in the end said there was nothing wrong with it. Well, the noise continued and proceeded to get worse and this time we brought it in thinking we were gonna be told the same thing but your service advisor. James Q was absolutely fantastic to work with. He took our concern seriously and our car was diagnosed with a defective tie rod. James Q. Helped process our extended warranty package with ease and had our car fixed the same day. James Q completely turned our thoughts about the dealership around. More
