Very satisfied with the customer service in the service department! After some initial disappointment that they could not figure out what was wrong with my car (the service rep kept saying “well the proble department! After some initial disappointment that they could not figure out what was wrong with my car (the service rep kept saying “well the problem doesn’t happen when we drive it” and charged me even though it was under warranty), I was then contacted by the service manager and asked to bring my car back so they could take another look. They were very apologetic and were able to fix it under warranty. We’ve been customers for over 10 years now and will continue to be because Wilde Honda genuinely wants their customers happy in the end. More

Salesman “T” Iderzul was super helpful, running around making sure the vehicle was in tiptop shape and ready to go when we arrived and answering all our concerns promptly. Purchasing a vehicle is a rare enough occurance that I entered Wilde uncomfortable, I was spending a TON of money at once and honestly the whole experience makes me wanna puke. On top of that, I found out that the dealership I purchased my trade-in from had lied and fraudulently sold me a bonded title car. So needless to say I met Kyle at my wits end. This. guy. 100% genuine, relaxing, caught my negative vibe and made me feel so much better about the process, what my options were and within 10 minutes I could laugh, relax and be excited about getting a new vehicle. He did not need to do that; the car was sold, it was a done deal. He went above and beyond. I would work with him again for every future vehicle wherever he is working and feel comfortable and confident that my needs are taken care of. HE is a star employee. 10/10. More
