Overall very good. Friendly caring staff. Still took longer than expected and customers really should not hear you are short staffed, heard that 3 times. While left sit Friendly caring staff. The service technicians area where you bring your car and confirm your appointment and services to be done is awful! The last two times I have been there I have asked for a list of recommendations to be done on my vehicle and how much it would cost. Everytime I am told "absolutely we will do that." And it never has. Everytime with telling me they will update me on the services done or when they are wrapping up a job. They never tell you. There is a major disconnect in that area and I have no idea why. More
