I owned my previous car, a 2009 Infiniti G37 Sport, for 17 years. Loved my car, but yes, it was definitely time to upgrade. I started looking at cars almost a year ago. I looked at MANY different cars and It took me a long time to figure out exactly what car I wanted. When we heard the 2026 IS 350 F Sport was finally available, we went to your Sarasota dealer and met with Luis OJeda. He was very friendly, helpful...and patient. He was also very knowledgeable about the car. We weren’t necessarily planning to take home a car today, but thanks to Luis, we did! Nice young man, a good representative of your company. I experience went well. The sale was smooth and uneventful. Joshua & Kaleb were very polite and well educated. When the car was delivered it was late for our 3:30 pickup The sale was smooth and uneventful. Joshua & Kaleb were very polite and well educated. When the car was delivered it was late for our 3:30 pickup. And the interior (windows) could have been cleaned/detailed a little better. But I think they were running behind. The Dealership is a disaster area (had I known, I would have gone to Tampa) but that's not anyones fault. Thus the 4 out of 5 stars. It will be nice once the construction is completed. I hope this turns out to be as nice of a owner/dealership relationship as I had with Mercedes across the street. More
