Me and my husband came in a few weeks ago to buy a car for an older family member. Hannah helped us not only acquire a desired car, but she also helped us with other needs including obtaining an extra key for an older family member. Ana Lima was awesome. She sent me videos of the cars, and information on out the door pricing and was in communication with me even on her day off. She was very professional , and so knowledgeable about everything LEXUS. We drove 3 hrs. To look at the cars, and she did everything to make us feel comfortable . Her mgr.
