We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent level of service that we recently experienced from Service Advisor Phillip Short and the staff at Sarasota Lexus. We have had Lexus vehicles for about 20 yea service that we recently experienced from Service Advisor Phillip Short and the staff at Sarasota Lexus. We have had Lexus vehicles for about 20 years, but we only recently started to have our latest new vehicle serviced at Sarasota Lexus. We were assigned to Mr. Short, which was our lucky day. Sarasota Lexus has just remodeled their facilities, which are very nice, but the real treat is the service provided by Mr. Short and the team. Phillip Short, in short, is the best of the best! He is the consummate professional! He is friendly, outgoing, very communicative, and attentive. He was able to very quickly and succinctly explain not only what service items would be performed but also what would be done to address our other concerns. We immediately felt that he was much more adept at listening, understanding the issues at hand, and providing resolutions than a number of Service Advisors we have dealt with in the past. He definitely quickly made us feel like a valued customer! While our car was being serviced, the technician, Tom Higgins, texted us with information and pictures of what was done.
