Beautiful new dealership, really nice access service bay drop off and waiting room with a few snacks and coffee. It was easy to make an appointment for my first oil change and even though I was about 20 min drop off and waiting room with a few snacks and coffee. The staff was very helpful and friendly. That being said, I was a little disappointed with the service. I scheduled a tire rotation appointment at 10:30 and ended up getting there early. After waiting for almost an hour, without any update, I had to check on the status of my vehicle in which they said they would look to see where it was at. After that it took less than 10 minutes. I would have thought that a tire rotation appointment would have taken less than an hour and yet I was there for about an hour and a half waiting. More
