Upper management at the Subaru dealership needs to be replaced (especially the new car manager). He would not come out of his office to speak to me? Kind of strange, seeing that is why they hire guys like him to talk to customers. I talked to the owner (Pat) and it seems like he did nothing to correct my experience. Never received an apology from the manager which tells me that the owner never said anything to him (don't know his name because he never left the security of his office) . Funny with all these surveys we do nothing really ever gets done with the surveys. They act like they want to know but, reality is they really don't. My rating is mixed because some of my experiences were great but, dealing with the high paid help that was horrible. To early to say anything else about the dealership because most of those experiences are yet to come. I bought the car from this dealership because it is close to my house. If I ever buy a Subaru again I will drive to a different location. Not because of the salesman but, upper management. Thanks! More
