This is our first lease, and he explained everything and made this the most pleasant car purchasing (leasing) experience I have ever had. Where is my Forester Touring SUV? My second Subaru dealership visit was to Wilde 60 miles round trip from my Oak Creek home..My 1st dealership was local, 6 miles from my house. I made My second Subaru dealership visit was to Wilde 60 miles round trip from my Oak Creek home..My 1st dealership was local, 6 miles from my house. I made the longer trip because Wilde is rated A+ by the BBB and The only Subaru dealer with BBB. I signed an Offer to Lease, along with $500 on 4/12/19 for my Forester Touring which was in transit to be delivered to Wilde on 4/23. When I signed the Offer I was given the VIN # of satd car. The dealership did qualify the date of delivery by 4 to 7 days, bringing us to 4/30. When I called the dealership I was told by the assistant manager that he had made a mistake in the ‘hold’ process, and the car went to someone else. He was sincere in his apology and said that they don’t do business that way. I was promised a SUV on more than a couple of occasions, and passing this this message to family and friends. Well the manager did look around and found one in lillinois. They would be trading vehicles for each other as soon as my SUV was delivered to this Illinois dealership, and they wouldn’t get Wilde’s trade car until my SUV arrived. That isn’ What transpired though. Wilde ended up sending their trade days sooner than when the SUV showed up. I finally leased my SUV on Monday 5/12, weeks latter than promised. I did get about a $2,000 discount more than the first dealership I visited. More

Subaru Outback Lease I had had a different kind of vehicle for over 20 years. Due to costs I had to make a change. Steve aided me with all the paper work. Explained further options available in a very clear manner. I would have no problem recommending this dealership and Christian to someone looking for a new car. Will be looking forward to experiences with service, etc. I can't rate quality of work, as I haven't had any done. More
With this sales Rep GREAT Kay did not lease my Acsent to me. I had a programing problem and even tho I was not her customer she didnt have any trouble fixing it for me. I have called 5 times asking for a callback and got none. Our salesperson was fired for a number of reasons. He did nothing but lie to us. I will not recommend this dealership. I wish I bought a Honda. More
