He went through the list with much more detail than I expected and he also took us out to the car to test drive as well as show us how things worked. He is very knowledgeable as to how it all functions. When picking up the car he went through everything again and even helped us pair up our phones! He told us exactly what to expect in the coming weeks and offered his assistance with anything we might have questions on. Great first car buying experience I went into Wilde Subaru to look at the Crosstrek and I knew after the test drive that I would likely be purchasing that vehicle. However, I didn't know much about the details of the vehicle and my sales person Nicholas McLaughlin guided me through all the special features and helped me figure out which trim level was ideal for me.
