Amazing Experience!! Let me just start by saying this is not your average dealership. Typically when you show up to a car dealer, all the sales people coming running out l Let me just start by saying this is not your average dealership. Typically when you show up to a car dealer, all the sales people coming running out like puppy dogs before your even out of your car. Total opposite at Wilde Subaru in Waukesha. The sales people are respectful, and keep their distance to allow you to look a little first until your ready to meet with them. I was fully prepared to have to haggle to get the deal I wanted on my vehicle, and isn’t have to AT ALL! My sales person Corey K was wonderful for jump. He should me every model of the vehicle I wanted, let me test drive it without him (which I’ve never heard of before), and when I was ready to talk financing came back with almost double I amount I had planned on originally negotiating to get off. They were straight and very honest from jump, and really work hard to get you the best deal possible. I had looked at several dealers first. The other Subaru dealer I had looked at was barely going to make a dent in the price off the MSRP, and the Wilde Honda sales people I worked with were flat out dishonest. They even had an array of snacks and beverages inside that were complimentary for customers. I’m impressed with the service I received from Corey, and the dealer. There’s a reason Subaru has ranked high for customer satisfaction and great vehicles. They treat their customers well. I will definitely be going back to them for my next vehicle. Jackie is friendly and eager to help. Her answers are truthful and informational. She is respectful of the buyer's needs and desires. The process of negotiation can be tortuous elsewhere, but Jackie guided us and smoothed the inevitable give and take directly to a happy conclusion. We felt comfortable with Frank as being knowledgeable, a straight shooter, that desired to cut to the chase, as we wanted - to make our buying decision a win-win for both parties. Michael hasn't changed, as we saved his business card, and we asked for him again last week to begin the search for a 2018 Crosstrek - for my wife and I. We didn't make it easy on him, because we had a budget in mind - and a color and set of options that it would be difficult to find a new Crosstrek locally - without a special order and putting us out 6 to 8 weeks to receive our "dream" sleek and sporty SUV. In two days, Mike called and said he may have the perfect fit for our demands. And that it was, the vehicle was driven in, prepped, and turned out everything what we had envisioned and hoped for. Kudos to Mike and Josh who handled our closing paperwork. A satisfying and wonderful SUV buying experience - as was the first with our son! More

We did a walk around inside and outside the 🚙 I selected b4 test driving. Once the test drive was over I was ready to “make the deal”. ..I met with Rhonda who is the best financial contact. She has a great smile and I believe lots of patience. She definitely made the process easy to understand n told me exactly what I was to pay each month n when.. Thank u Rhonda for your patience n expertise. There are many New tools including on my new 🚙.,,my favs keyless start, eyesight functions, video screen n Bluetooth connectivity for my phone. Upgrades and ease of use over my 20 year old lux 🚘. Including paddles on steering column to use for ease of handling on inclines. I’m thrilled 😄 having a new car and so grateful for all the time Matt spent with me including getting me introductions to others who made my experience at Wilde the best. Yes, and all this was done in one day. Now I just need to get out n drive n test out some of options. I will definitely recommend Wilde and Matt to friends. More
