Poor Follow-Through First, the survey wouldn't let me pick the correct vehicle. I bought a Subaru Legacy. I tried to change it, and it would not let me. Our Salesman, First, the survey wouldn't let me pick the correct vehicle. I bought a Subaru Legacy. I tried to change it, and it would not let me. Our Salesman, Matthew, made several promises to fix the body of the vehicle that we purchased, and it took us over a month to complete these tasks. We had to bring our car back four times before they were all completed. Joe, the Manager, was good, but it should have been taken care of after the first visit, not the fourth. There were so many things that went wrong, that I could not possibly sum it all up in a paragraph. In the end, Joe did take care of us, but we had many hurdles along the way. I would be happy to talk to someone about this if someone wants to call me. This car was sold to us in poor condition. It was dirty, and it was not properly Subaru certified. We were happy Joe fixed the issues in the end, but it took too much trouble to get there. Matthew was nice and kind, but he seemed inexperienced in many ways. More

Jackie Cobey was a joy to work with and she was willing to go the extra mile to make me happy. There were some snafus along the way, but Jackie stayed calm and fixed the issues in a very non-stressful way. Jackie is very knowledgeable. She systematically and efficiently moves through all the product and purchasing information with very little waiting around that so often happens when purchasing a car. More

Service Dept was Great, Sales has some work to do I have been going to Wilde for service for a year and a half, Curt has been awesome helping me with a difficult problem. I will continue to go there I have been going to Wilde for service for a year and a half, Curt has been awesome helping me with a difficult problem. I will continue to go there for service because of him, he is also the reason I went there to buy my new car. I was disappointed with the sales department. My salesman did not explain the features of the car, never told me about the Subaru buy-back deal (very important to me), could not answer basic questions, and handed off the closing of the deal to someone else so he could get a haircut. I had asked a sales manager to help mentor the new salesman but he didn't even give him the correct date for pick up and did not help him close the deal as I had requested. The sales department is responsible for Starlink sales. At closing neither the salesman nor the sales manager answered my questions about my Starlink subscription correctly or have knowledge about the program. Keelyn MacGregor and Rhonda Rendon were awesome, knowledgeable, professional, and the kind of representatives that would make me come back to the dealership. I think Wilde needs to pay attention to its sales department and some of their employees who may need some coaching and more training on how to work with clients and what makes a good sales person. The 2 salesmen I worked with would not be the reason I return to Wilde. More

We were able to come to agreement on price over email and when we got to the dealership, it was 45 minutes from final test drive to final paperwork. She was extremely helpful and makes the car buying experience one that will make us come back to Wilde for our next car purchase. More
