Jim was my sales person and I would say I had a great experience in buying the car. Before stepping into the dealership, I went through all the choices in the Milwaukee area and saw that Wilde Toyota is perhaps the dealership with best choices because of the number of vehicles, pricing and the variety of their inventory. Jim was very professional yet friendly from the beginning. During the test drive, he explained about the car and answered our queries very efficiently. He mentioned that he recently joined Toyota, but his answers to all my questions was satisfactory. If he wasn't sure about anything he immediately consulted with his supervisor and got back to me with the proper answer. Really appreciate it Jim. I also liked the fact that after I test drove the vehicle of my choice, he didn't force me on the deal, rather he asked me if I would like to look at their inventory for any other options. For me I got the delivery of the vehicle the next day since the finances needs to be done and it was late for that the 1st day. So Jim called and informed me about each and every step and development 2nd day morning onward and made the delivery of the vehicle hassle free that evening. It was a great experience and thank you James and Wilde Toyota. More

Awful ! Before I went to Braeger Ford, I went to Wilde Toyota. What should have been a fun first time car buying experience for turned out to be stressful, l Before I went to Braeger Ford, I went to Wilde Toyota. What should have been a fun first time car buying experience for turned out to be stressful, long, and in the end rewarding! Only rewarding because of BRAEGER FORD!! So starting Monday we test drove & started financing for a 2016 Jeep Compass while after turning in everything required, we returned Tuesday and signed and drove away with a car. Fast forward to Thursday get a call from financing, our w2 were never turned in and financing has not gone through! So technically I had a car with no financing. Because Wilde Toyota sent someone else’s w2s in place of mine and my co-signer. Mind you the night I went in,there was probably two other people buying a car. It was snowing, which made the place dead. So all the wrong things that Wilde Toyota did wrong were the following were sent someone else's w2 in our place, told us gap insurance & warranty were required from financing, gave us one price with those included, never gave us the information for warranty, and to top it off they were supposed to relook at the Jeep due to a noise!! That wasn't done either, so talked to Wilde during the day and never got a call back so we returned to Wilde to have Jeep looked at and was told financing went through and nothing they could do because we took delivery of said car!! Which made no sense, because 10 minutes before that conversation I got off the phone with captial one saying that it was on hold and they wouldn’t go though with any financing until a new contract was done. With all the lies and things they goofed up on turns out I wasn't a liar like they made it sound like but I was right we handed keys and paperwork back and walked away!!! On Friday, we went to Braeger Ford and got the experience we should have got the first time!! Wonderful staff and no lies!! I now has a 2017 Jeep Compass with a better interest rate!!! So in the end Wilde Toyota, is not a place I’d recommend. Also they posted the vehicle already, I’m sure nothing was fixed on it. More

Exceptional, professional, and outstanding customer service! To begin with, this was a car purchased for my partner -- not me. Tommy was to the point from the beginning. He did not waste time trying to sell us other cars after we told him we were interested in a particular one, a 2017 Hyundai Accent. The car was priced very competitively, $9,500 plus taxes and fees, considering it had just over 40,000 miles on it. When he pulled the car up for a test drive, it was running with the hood and trunk open, the lights and hazards on, and the radio playing. He did not object to my examining the car for any damages, and actually informed me of what damages he had noticed. I found this to be very surprising, but definitely welcome. After the test drive, we decided to purchase the car. This was painless as far as car buying goes. There was no haggling as the car was priced for auction. Everyone involved was very nice and explained everything clearly. There was not a hard sell for any maintenance packages or warranties, which I found to be very surprising. In the end, they gave us a full tank of gas and a new battery for free, because the old one had a hard time starting in the cold that morning. All in all, hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had! More

Warranty work Too bad I can’t give a rating of zero stars!! I’ve tied for more than a month to have my rear window defogger fixed, which is under warranty. Wilde Toyota keeps saying that they need to have a certain technician from Toyota to look at and that he will be in next week. It’s been more than four weeks and still no resolution and nobody to look at it. Wilde Toyota never calls me with an update, I always have to chase them down for information and get the same answer - next week. Please don’t waste your time with an organization like this, it’s not worth the frustration. To add further insult I bought the car and extended warranty from them and they don’t want to honor the warrnty. I guess that’s why it’s called a it a “stealership”. More
