I was in the market for a new vehicle and was exhausted from dealing with pushy sales people, and overwhelmed with the amount of options. When I got to Wilde, Zach greeted me, but respectfully gave me my space while I looked around. He was available to answer questions as I had them, but never tried to sell me something I didn't want. As I narrowed down my options, he worked with me to determine what would be my best option. Most importantly, he was patient and never pushy or frustrated throughout the process. He continuously went above and beyond to make sure I had the information needed to make the right decision for myself. I highly recommend anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle to work with Zach! He isn't a stereotypical used car sales person, and genuinely wants to be sure his guests find the perfect vehicle! My financing experience wasn't as great as my sales experience. When I was going through financing, the numbers didn't add up to my calculations. I had asked where the $900 difference came from, and was told I was required to have gap insurance. Although, I didn't think it was required, I agreed it was smart option. I ask if I could just get gap insurance through my own insurance company and was told I couldn't. As I signed the paper work, I questioned whether gap insurance was optional or required, and was continuously told it is required. A week after purchasing my vehicle, I called the bank I received financing from to inquire if gap insurance was truly required. They informed it wasn't. After I found out it wasn't required, I went back to Wilde and requested to talk to a manager and explained the situation. Almost immediately a different finance manager had me fill out some paperwork required to "return" the gap insurance and receive a refund. I was extremely frustrated that I was told gap insurance was required, when it was actually optional. I'm glad I was able to receive a refund, but there didn't seem to be any regret from the managers for the poor and shady business practice of the finance manager I worked with. Overall, Wilde has a great selection of vehicles and makes the process fairly easy! Again, Zach was a wonderful sales person to work with and I highly recommend him! More

Brand new car for baby! We were looking for a new rav4. We are expecting our first child so we needed a reliable vehicle but it had to be the right price. We checked out a d We were looking for a new rav4. We are expecting our first child so we needed a reliable vehicle but it had to be the right price. We checked out a dealership that had what we were looking for, but were misleading on their pricing. We left there ave decided to check out wilde even though their online prices were higher than most places we checked. We met Matt Thornburg and right away he cut to the chase. There was no beating around the bush, we told him what we wanted and the price range we wanted. He showed us a couple options that fit our criteria and then we talked numbers. There really wasn't high pressure sales, he asked what the other dealer offered and did the "I'll see what I can do dance". Came back with a price lower than what we agreed to pay and even explained the descrepencies in pricing from the other dealership. Even though it was after closing by the time we decided to make the deal, we never felt rushed and matt made sure to go through everything with us. The whole process took way longer than I expected but we ended up with a great car! Big thank you to matt and his team that helped put us in a reliable car at a good price. More
