I found a car online that I really liked. I looked online at several places. I bought a corolla with Kevin 10 years ago and he still remembered me. Unfortunately, my car got totaled. I loved my corolla. I called Kevin and told him I saw a corolla I liked that Wilde had on internet special. It was above what I could afford. Kevin went out of his way to make sure that I got that very car and at a price that I could afford. He has that personal touch. Being a woman, sometimes people take advantage of you. Kevin told me who to contact when at the service department. He gave me his card and told me if ever I need any help he would be there for me again. When I told him the car I was interested in he made sure the car was available before we made the trip.(may not sound like a big deal but we live 45 minutes away) After test driving he checked the inventory to see if there were any additional cars for us to consider. We asked him to be frank and cut through the BS of what we are looking for. We told him exactly what we wanted and our price range. He gave us information on three cars and let us look through the computer system at them. Then we asked for the Acura and he got it while we started the financing process. The car met all of our needs and expectations, as well as price range. The financing part took a little longer, but we know that Vicki went to bat for us, so I didn't mind it at all. We are very pleased with this experience and will likely go back. More
