After spending weeks seriously looking for an additional family vehicle, I found a suit Kevin helped me finish my search for a car on a great note! After spending weeks seriously looking for an additional family vehicle, I found a suitable match on KBB. That site allowed me to send an email to Wilde to check on the availability of the vehicle, if there was room for negotiation, and when I might come in for a test drive. This email was sent at 10:19am, and by 10:23 I received an email quote from Wilde. Although this was an automated email - I was impressed with the quick attention. Later on in the afternoon (during the Super Bowl) I started receiving emails and communicating with Amanda Vnuk. She advised me that the vehicle was still available and gave me open appointment times on Monday to test drive. I asked for pictures since there was none on KBB. She said that she would have someone reach out to me in the morning with pictures and asked how I would prefer to receive them - email or text. By 10:30am Monday, I had 4 pictures of the vehicle and was in texting conversation with Kevin Nelson at the dealership. He advised me that I should come in quickly due to other interest in the vehicle - I'm sure there was since I had missed out on so many at other dealerships previously. When I got there around 1:45pm, he had the Honda CRV waiting. We immediately went on a test drive - he was very helpful answering most of my questions. When we got back to the dealership, I went over the vehicle with a fine toothed comb and proceeded to go inside and talk further. Kevin was absolutely GREAT!!!! I felt very comfortable - not pressured to make quick decision. Believe me - I DREAD the thought of going into dealerships, car service/repair centers, parts stores, etc as a woman - I feel that I am always being taken advantage of. NOT so with Kevin. He made the process for me extremely simple - explaining each process as we went along. The conversation we had while waiting for paperwork processing made me feel like we had known each other for years - even bought me a soda with money out of his own pocket! The finance gentleman was just as great - making me feel comfortable as well. With that said, I will say that the entire process took much longer than I thought it would but with conversation flowing it didn't seem like I was there for 3 hours. I said earlier that I went over the vehicle with a fine toothed comb, I found some sticky candy mess under the back bench along with candy still in the arm rest. I asked Kevin if he could have it taken care of, and he quickly said yes and grabbed the keys with the hope of having it completed before I was done signing all of the paperwork. Mission accomplished! Or so I thought . . . When I got home I checked under the bench and it was still there. I called Kevin immediately and he seemed disappointed that the other employees did not do what they were asked. He asked when I would like to bring it back to have it looked at - totally at my convenience. Because of his commitment to my satisfaction, I decided to give 5 stars instead of the 4 I was going to. I will definitely recommend Kevin as AMAZING car salesman! I have never been able to say that the car purchase process was pleasant, but I would do this one over again! More

The search wasn't long, however, as he pointed out a cream puff of a 2012 Sienna XLE(8 seater) that was chock full of features, with low miles, and at a price that I couldn't pass up. Jamie went out of his way to make Wilde's extensive inventory available to us, and I appreciated that he steered us towards the vehicle that I already knew was the best bargain of the lot. We highly recommend Jamie, and the selection Wilde has to offer is the reason I keep coming back. Shoot, I even got a burger out of the deal. More
