We paid what we expected to pay and what our research told us would be fair to everyone involved. Leonard was helpful and friendly--even when the hour got really late. By the time we left, the dealership had been closed for over 40 minutes and almost everyone else had gone for the night. We were tired, Leonard, Zika Filipovic (Finance Manager) and Sonia Sirovina (at the front desk) must have been far more tired than us, but they remained kind, helpful and patient. We appreciated them all. Also, I had brought along a book to read because previous buying experiences seemed to last forever...our check-out process went surprisingly quickly. More

I had pre-shopped online and inquired about the car I wanted with Leonard Jordan at Wilde. I explained what I wanted and where I was going to look for it. He was the ultimate professional. No hard sales pitch. Just listened to what I needed, asked some questions and made arrangements for me to bring my car in to check on trade in price. I told him how much I could spend and he stayed within my budget. Leonard was extremely personable, easy to work with and not once did I feel like he was not listening to me. I got the car I needed for the price I wanted and on top of that Leonard made sure it was even a car I would like driving off the lot, not just because I needed it but because it was one good looking car. He answered our initial questions and asked us to talk further with Jamie as he would be delayed with a customer for a while. We decided to purchase the Jeep Patriot with Jamie but would need to come back to finish the paperwork. I called Jamie on his cell the next day with a question but learned later it was his off day. Even on his off day he went to the dealership to find the answer and immediately called me back. Great customer service Jamie! Had 2 no-pressure guys and we are pleased with the dealership and the Jeep. More
