This guy is disarmingly charming in a very down-home, Milwaukee sort of way. He’s funny, smart and pretty bottom line…which is a good thing. No bull. Just useful, actionable information with a no-nonsense out the door price. Having done my research prior to the visit, I knew what to expect and was still surprised at the ease with which our transaction went down. Add to that, no cram-it-down your throat extras at closing.
