Most Nicest Honest Salesperson you will ever meet! This will be my third RAV4 bought from Wilde Toyota (one was for my mother, 2 for me) All 3 of these times we went to Jim Blake! He is the best sal This will be my third RAV4 bought from Wilde Toyota (one was for my mother, 2 for me) All 3 of these times we went to Jim Blake! He is the best saleperson out there. He is not just trying to make a sale, he wants to make sure you are happy. I highly rec. him if you are in need for a new/used car. He takes the time to learn what you want. The first 2 times I had been there I had already known which one I wanted. On Black Friday this year I went early, new what I wanted (sort of) but was not !00% happy after driving a bunch of them. Towards the end I had added one more year into the mix and but only 3 colors...Jim had brought one vehicle up toward the end that I hated the color on picture, but I insisted maybe the color would look different in person so I should prob. drive it. When we walked out to look at this vehicle (I think it was the 5th one I drove) I loved the outside color, but the inside was terrible....Jim said you need to be 100% happy with what your buying. Then he said he may have just what I wanted when I came back from this test drive (remember I just added another year to look at (2012). So we wnet off on test drive and when I came back he was sitting there with one of my colors! The inside had everything I wanted. Took for test drive came back happy, VERY HAPPY! Low miles, very clean! Right before this I was ready to call it a day and wait till I was getting what I really wanted. Jim found my perfect car! He was patient with us while we test drove many cars. Felt like we were dealing with a great friend! This is why any time I need a new used car or family or friends need new used car I send them to Jim! Thanks Jim!! Most of us dread the experience of having to buy a car, not because we don't want or need a car but because we hate the process of having to "deal". Our experience of buying a car at Wilde was nothing to dread because of working with Kevin. He is great at helping you find the car that's right for you and deals fairly and honestly...no hidden agendas, no haggling, no "arm twisting". With his years of experience and great attention to customer service, he made our car buying experience the best ever. He is the real deal! After we agreed on the purchase, he handed us off to the capable hands of Chris in the Finance Dept. who also did a great job. Precise in his attention to detail, methodical and expedient, he closed the deal and put no pressure on us to purchase the dreaded extended warranty. We couldn't believe how steam-lined the process was. We came away from this experience relieved, not regretful. Thanks to Kevin and Chris for a job well done! More
