Very Helpful I am a college student that was looking for a car that was reliable yet affordable. I can't remember how many dealerships I visited but walking into Wilde Toyota Leonard was very helpful, patient and very personable when trying to pick the right car for me. I ended up buying a 2007 Toyota Yaris for a reasonable price. I have only been driving it around for about a week now and I have not found any problems yet. Wilde Toyota was a smart and affordable choice for me! More

Improper handling of sensitive material A year ago, Itraded in my old Avalon for a Scion with Wilde. I received new plates with the new car. Last week, I received a phone call from Madison P A year ago, Itraded in my old Avalon for a Scion with Wilde. I received new plates with the new car. Last week, I received a phone call from Madison Police Department that my old license plate (somehow still registered in my name) was involved in a crime, thus implicating me. I called Wilde to inquire of their standards with trade in cars with license plates and they stated "Well we are supposed to destroy them, but apparently that didn't happen. You need to call the DMV now and fix it". The dealership did not offer to correct the mess they had made, and simply told me I had to fix their issue myself, on a car that is no longer registered in my name, that I've not had for over a year. Unfortunately, the irresponsible handling of sensitive material like license plates and the lack of follow-through really makes this a terrible, untrustworthy dealership. Do you want to be implicated in a crime you didn't commit? You know Milwaukee. Hit and runs, drive by shootings --- could be your license plate next. Just a mess I shouldn't be involved in, and an epic failure on the part of Wilde Toyota. While I understand that mistakes happen, I find their lack of follow-through or customer service, or even concern illustrates how unprofessional and sheisty this dealership is. More

Toyota Hybrid Within 5 minutes of walking the lot Mike approached me. He was very unassuming and extremely easy to talk to.
