It was incredibly busy that day, but that did not stop Rob from going above and beyond in making sure I was getting everything I needed, While waiting for financing Rob offered my brother and I beverages, and him and Brett (finance) even went as far as to giving us pizza they had purchased to us, while we waited. As soon as we arrived I felt comfortable with the whole situation, because everyone was friendly, laid back, and willing to get you exactly what you were looking for. At no time did I feel like Rob was just giving me some sales pitch, it was more like just talking to a buddy. I am pleased with the vehicle I purchased and happy that I was able to get this done in a relaxed and comfortable setting. I called ahead about a vehicle I was interested in and I was put in touch with Kevin Nelson by Tracy Sinn This was my best experience at a dealership. I called ahead about a vehicle I was interested in and I was put in touch with Kevin Nelson by Tracy Sinner. When I got there he was with another customer but he had the key for my vehicle on him. In a very short amount of time Kevin was able get a few moments to get me the key so that I could check out the vehicle and take it for a test drive. I was able to buy and drive that day. Kevin was VERY good at helping ALL his customers while I was there. I felt equally as important as everyone else he had to help and never felt like I had to wait for any long period of time. If anything, I probably had to ask him to wait on me as I got my end of things figured out. When it came down to the financing part of things I have to give a huge THANK YOU to Mikhail Ageyev. FUNNY GUY! There were several other people I worked with at this dealership and every one of them worked hard and fast for me. Unfortunately, I do not remember everyone's name because I was going on no sleep after getting off work from the night before and I still had to work that night. David Olguin comes through for us again and again and again! Met David Olguin 2-1/2 years ago when we were looking for a minivan. David went out of his way to make sure our every request was filled. We had been to many lots and always felt that the salesmen would chase us like cheetahs after a gazelle. When we arrived at the Wilde Toyota lot, Kevin Nelson gave us very warm greeting. We were not sure what we were looking for and when we expressed this, Kevin pointed out the different areas, gave us his card and let us do what we needed to do. After looking and not seeing what we exactly wanted, we went to a few other lots. No one at the other lots even came close to the respect that Kevin gave us. The following Monday, we called to ask about a vehicle we were interested. Kevin was very upfront and told us that the car was being scouted by another couple. He explained to call later in the day and he would let us know if it was still available. We did and to our luck it was available! When we got to the lot, Kevin was just as welcoming as before. He was able to answer every question. A few days after we purchased the vehicle, Kevin called to ask how the vehicle was working out and to let us know that he was able to get the other vehicle key and remote! To our surprise, Kevin went above and beyond and called the previous owner to see about another key. He even went on his day off to pick them up.
