First Time Buyer I had been looking around for a few weeks, just to see what sort of vehicle I would really like to purchase when I happened upon Wilde Toyota. I had seen a few vehicles I really wanted to test drive, but I live almost two hours away from the dealership, so I put going on the back burner for a while. I had went to looking at dealerships closer to where I live, but none of the vehicles were the quality I had been hoping to find. I even test drove some of the vehicles, but they were either way above my budget, older than I would have liked, or had more than I wanted in mileage. After giving the more local dealerships a chance, I decided to at least test drive the vehicles I had seen online at Wilde. When I finally made the decision to contact Wilde about making an appointment to test drive some vehicles, I emailed them what days and times I would be available, not even ten minutes later and Tracy Sinner had gotten back to me with times they had available. We set the appointment, which was extremely quick and easy to do, and she answered all of the questions I had about the vehicles I was looking into. A few days later, I drove down to my appointment and met Tommy Haynes. He was extremely friendly, and even though I was a little early, he was already waiting outside for me. He already had the vehicle I really wanted to test drive waiting right outside the front door. After looking at the vehicle and test driving it, I was not one hundred percent sure it was the one I wanted. Tommy was very patient in finding out what I was looking for in a vehicle and showing me all of the options they had that would fit my criteria. I test drove a few of them, but I kept going back to the original vehicle I had picked out online. I knew it was the one, but I just had to make sure. Tommy was extremely patient and knowledgeable about the vehicles he was showing to me. I would definitely recommend Tommy to anyone looking for assistance in searching for the right used vehicle and Wilde to anyone looking for a vehicle in general. Thank you to everyone that helped! We stopped at a couple dealerships on a rainy night in June and were not interested in yet another car salesman approaching us, hearing our wishlist and writing us off. It didn't take long for us to realize that Matt was different. He had a laid back approach that was very much appreciated. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles he showed and truly listened to what we were telling him. He did not push us toward vehicles outside our price range and was straight forward with us when questions were asked. Within 10 minutes he'd pointed out a handful of vehicles that fit the bill. We test drove one, crunched some numbers in the showroom and took it home the next day. Couldn't be happier with our purchase or our experience with Matt and Wilde! Jamie Shay is a breath of fresh air! I had been seriously shopping around for a Toyota dealer and salesperson for about a month, when some online research led me to countless positive rev I had been seriously shopping around for a Toyota dealer and salesperson for about a month, when some online research led me to countless positive reviews for Jamie Shay at Wilde Toyota. Even with the positive reviews, I was still skeptical. We are talking about the car business after all. However, I can honestly say from the moment I contacted Jamie, until long after the deal was done, Jamie impressed me with his professionalism, integrity and follow-up. Buying a car doesn't need to be a stressful experience, and Jamie did everything he could to make sure that the experience was as easy as possible for me. A few specific examples: Jamie and I completed most of our dealings virtually by phone and email so that when I arrived in West Allis from out of town, the only things left to do were check out my new vehicle, get my trade-in appraised and take care of paperwork. When I met Jamie, one of the first things he did was give me the "bad news" that my new vehicle had a scratch in the driver's side door glass that would mean the window would need to be replaced. Not to worry, he said. I could get the window replaced somewhere convenient to my home, and Wilde would pay for it. I kept expecting for something to go wrong, but Jamie was right: it was easy for me to arrange for the repair, and Jamie made sure personally to follow up with the glass company to make sure they had the correct information to take care of the repair and bill Wilde. Jamie took ownership of this task, even though he was due to be on vacation the entire next week. This is just one example of the many ways that Jamie demonstrated old fashioned customer service. Fast forward to after he got back from vacation. He followed up with me to make sure everything went well with the glass repair, and asked if there was anything else he could do. Most salespeople, once the deal is done, would be on to the next customer, but Jamie showed that he cared long after the deal was done. Our family had purchased vehicles from Wilde Toyota before so we knew they would take good care of us. We were looking for a used car and had a strict budget. Our salesman, Matthew Husting, listened to what we said and instantly picked out the most important thing, we needed a safe, reliable car for our daughter to drive. Our choices were limited because of our strict budget but he did it and not a penny over! A 2002 Toyota Avalon had just come in as a trade and Matthew set it aside for us to look at. It had high miles but had been well maintained. It needed a little work but Matthew made sure it was in perfect working order before we drove it off the lot. Between Matthew and the dealership we felt like they weren't just making a sale they really cared about our daughter. She has been driving her very own car for almost two months now. She loves that the heater and air conditioner work. She loves that she can listen to her iPod through the awesome stereo, she loves that it is hers...mostly though, she loves knowing that she won't have to call Dad to come get her when she's stuck on the side of the road.
