Also, this time, when I got to the part where I had the poor experience last time, I was placed with a different associate that fit my personality more appropriately, Made my entire experience 100% better and more efficient. I will continue to come back to this dealership. Brett was great in finance and Jeff the manager was able to give a reasonable deal on some additional features. Tom, our sales man, was realistic, down-to-earth, and sincere. No jokes or games with any of these guys- which I despise when dealerships do that. Unfortunately when we got our vehicle home we were disappointed to find our "certified" Toyota lacking in some areas that no doubt were overlooked by the service department when they went through the delivery check list. Examples are the tire pressures on two tires to be over 50lbs and the other two 37 and 38lbs., all of which should be 32lbs. The fluid level in the transfer case was low. The windshield washer fluid was nearly empty. Details such as this make me question whether they even opened the hood. I won't be taking my vehicle to Wilde Toyota for service, I just can't trust them because they can't even get the little stuff right. More

Brad was very easy to deal with and I felt comfortable asking him any questions about the vehicle. He was very knowledgeable about the car. We talked about the price of the car and I explained what monthly payment I was comfortable with. I went on to the financing part of the purchase and dealt with Phil Lo and this was a smooth and pleasant experience. Overall it was a great car buying experience and would recommend Wilde Toyota to anyone looking to buy new or used. More
